Skin Cancer---Beware!

By on 8:39 AM

Never think little of skin cancer.  Some people are not aware of it at an early stage of skin cancer development. They think that skin disorder they have is just ordinary skin disease. Most patients with skin cancer consult doctors after skin cancer has developed into more serious phase. Skin cancer is hard to be cured since cancer has destroyed other parts of the body. The only possible way to remove the cancer is that patients should have the cancer-destroyed skin operated on.  Other methods are possible, but the result is not satisfactory.

There are three types of skin cancer—basal carcinoma, squamous carcinoma, and melanoma. Basal carcinoma is caused by excessive direct sunlight. This type of skin cancer does not spread to other parts of the body. On the other hands, squamous carcinoma and melanoma spread to the other parts of the body.  Squamous carcinoma is mainly caused by the damaged under skin cell, which creates black spot under the skin.

Melanoma may develop from pigment cell of a mole.  Excessive direct sunlight may deteriorate the condition.
Generally, skin cancer attacks   more men than women.  Almost 1 million skin cancer cases are reported every year, and most skin cancer cases were reported to be caused by ultra violet rays. Although, skin cancer can be cured at an early stage, one should caution against excessive direct sunlight.

From now on to avoid skin cancer, precaution should be taken when you want to go out in the sun.  Make sure you have a hat on, wear long-sleeved shirt or tea shirt. Use skin lotion whenever possible.  Consume a lot of yellow and orange vegetable, sweet potatoes. Have aloe vera and wheat germ juice everyday. Avoid fat, sugar, and coffee. If you like you can try Royal Jelly and ginseng Siberia tea as your additional diet.
